She was predeceased by: her parents, Hollen H. Hoffman and Nell Carroll Hoffman Eite (late John Eite); her husband John F. Dugan; her children, Richard Jason Lynn and Jessica Kaye Lynn; and her brother Lewis Hoffman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kaye Hoffman Marshall (Ken) and Neal F. Hoffman (Norma); and her grandchildren, Skylar Lynn Dugan and David Jason Lynn.
