He is survived by: his children, Sharon Branham (Scott), Teri Kahmke, Clay Pike (Tina), Lori Branom (James) and Clif Pike (Lynn). He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
