He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frances Rathert (Limmerhirt) and William Carl Rathert; his wife Edna Marbury "Eddi"; his sons, Billy and William Christopher Rathert of Beaufort, SC; his brother Jack Rathert (Carolyn); and his nephews, John and Dan.
