He was predeceased by: his wife Elena Nordstrom. He is survived by: his children, Matthew, Anne and Sylvia Nordstrom; his granddaughter Nina Elena Nordstrom; his brother Pete Nordstrom; and his sister-in-law Joie Nordstrom. He is also survived by husband and father and will be greatly missed by friends.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Greater Carolinas MS Chapter, 3101 Industrial Drive, Suite 210, Raleigh, NC 27609.
