She was predeceased by: her father Gary R. Streeter. She is survived by: her siblings, Tice Streeter (Patty Streeter), Todd Streeter, Dougie Uhlig, Trisha Kimball and Stephanie Bixby (Joel Klabon); her children, Matthew R. Moonen, Ericka L. Moonen and Brandi L. Streeter (Andy Muhlgeier); and her pets, Stella, Frankie and Robert F. Moonen. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Tammy would ask that all simply "be sweet" and serve each other with love.
