She is survived by: her husband Dr. James Philip; her children, Dr. Jeff Philip (Lori Philip) of Cincinatti, OH and Alison Delisio (Scott) of Cleveland, OH; her brother Bob Welch (Marlene) of Ford City, PA; and her grandchildren, Andrew, Allie, Nicholas, Zachary and Jake.
