He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dorothy Mauk Arning of Knoxville, TN; his children, Jordan Payne (Kayla) of Greenville, SC and Leslie Payne of Knoxville, TN; his sister Randi Poole (David) of Punta Gorda, FL.; and his father Robert Payne (Nancy Whitfield Payne).
