With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Regis Gates of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, born in Altoona, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2024. He was predeceased by: his son Scott; and his parents, Charles Gates and Regina Gates. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Jeff, Greg (Tara) and Susan Keith (Jim); his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his grandchildren, Jeff (Tracy), Jimmy (Miranda), Scott (Julie), Emily (Taylor), Greg, Willie, Sam, Ava and Wyatt; his great grandchildren, Maddie, Mae, Juliette, James, Colson, Parker and Nellie; and his sister Connie.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Regis's name to Hospice of the Lowcountry, Bluffton, SC.
