He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Rebecca Collins of Bridgewater, Connecticut.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Williams; his siblings, Janice Putnam and Robert Collins; his children, Cheryl Patterson (Kenny), Craig Collins (Keleigh) and Christine Bolus (Todd); his grandchildren, Sarah, Alexandra, Rachel, Bannor, Grace (Timothy), John Craig, Mack, Joshua, Hannah Cate and Faith; and his great grandchildren, Rayne and Elise. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
