He is survived by: his children, Jennifer and Michael Jr.; his wife Donna of Hilton Head; his children-in-law, Clay McDaniel of Guyton, Georgia and Erin Perry of Trenton, Ohio; his grandchildren, Vinny, Paige, Hudson, Callie, Luca and Sloan; his mother Ann Perry of Westfield, Massachusetts; his mother-in-law Antoinette DellaGuistina of West Springfield, Massachusetts; and his siblings, Joseph Perry, Donna Shibley and Anthony Perry.

“We only knew Mike for about 1 1/2 years, but immediately liked him. Later we met Donna, who was truly the love of his life. Mike will be deeply missed. He talked about his wife, kids, and grandkids so often that I felt like I personally knew them. He learned to live spontaneously. He was thoughtful, caring, and very interesting. He had so many interests that he pursued. Tony and I will miss his occasional "pop ins" with his dog Maggie Mae. Tony & Judy Maten My condolences to Donna.”
