It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Lou Wilhelm of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, who passed away on October 3, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frederick Paul Burger and Mary Hentz Burger; her siblings, Elmer Burger, Rose Marie Rupert, Helen Bantley and Frederick Burger, Jr.; her husband David; her sons, Douglas (Navia) of Aiken, SC., Daniel (Susan) of Irving, TX and Donald of New York City; and her grandchildren, Eric Wilhelm of Vienna, VA, Gretchen Seller (Brett) of Dallas, TX, Kevin Wilhelm (Keri) of Aiken, SC and Nicole Simmons of Aiken, SC. She was also cherished by her 6 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild, and her loving nieces and nephew.
