She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice Lenon and Violet Lenon of Owensboro; and her son Thomas Collignon of Cincinnati, Ohio.. She is survived by: her husband Charles Spangler (Chuck) of Hilton Head; her son Randy (Melissa) of Smyrna; her stepson Michael Spangler (Kim) of Charlotte; her granddaughters, Taylor, Tori Collignon and Kayla Spangler; and her sister Nancy Penrod (Ed).

The family asks that donations be made to either The Bargain Box or The Church Mouse in lieu of flowers.
