She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Berendy Baker; her grandsons, Matthew S. Baker (Brooke N.), Michael "Andy" Baker and Christopher L. Baker (Brooke S.); and her great grandchildren, Cole, Reagan, Cooper and Cruz. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
