She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Spencer and Martha Jane Collette; and her brother James Collette. She is survived by: her husband H. Craig Watkins; and her children, T. Craig Watkins (Kristy) of Ridgewood, NJ and Allison Lindeman (Oeyvind) of London, England.. She is also survived by five grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Volunteers in Medicine Hilton Head.
