He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Ulicny (Hanko) and John Ulicny. He is survived by: his wife Nadyne Tucker Ulicny; his children, Lisa Dianis (Charles) of Stamford, CT, Jill Larson (Ryan) and Scott Ulicny (Christa) of Orlando, FL; his stepsons, Jordan Cott (Kim) of Phoenix, AZ and Jason Cott of New York City; his brother John Ulicny (Kathy) of Glendale, AZ; and his grandchildren, Ethan, Charlotte Dianis, Piper, Laney Larson and Riely Cott.
