With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Lothar Reitter of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 4, 2024 at the age of 84. He is survived by: his wife Johanna; his children, Jennifer Pinter (Scott) of Bloomington, IL, Christian Reitter (Ann) of Charlotte, NC, Erik Reitter (Molly) of Charlotte, NC and Alexander Reitter (Kendra) of Raleigh, NC; and his grandchildren, Jacob, Brianna (Tristan), Joshua, Jack, Carson, Quinn, Wes, Brecken, Illiyana and Ayla.
