James C. Dill Jr. Obituary
James C. Dill, Jr., 79, of Hilton Head Island, SC passed away Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Coastal Carolina Hospital, Hardeeville, SC.
James was born February 3, 1944 in Fayetteville, NC to the late James C. Dill, Sr. and Vera I. Strickland Dill. He served in the Army National Guard.
James is survived by his wife of 51 years, Karen Franke Dill; daughter, Jennifer Wiggins (James) of Bluffton, SC; sister, Sandra Legowski (Mark Kozlowski) of Hudson, FL; sister-in-law, Christine Malzahn of Marion, NC; granddaughter, Zoe; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, John A. Dill.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Sauls Funeral Home, 90 Simmonsville Rd., Bluffton. The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 am until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
