He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Brown Kosty and George B. Kosty; his brother-in-law Charles P. Callaway; and his nephew Darin P. Kosty. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Champaign Kosty; his sons, Jeffrey David Kosty and James Timothy Kosty (Jessica); his granddaughter Madelyn Stansell; and his siblings, Richard P. Kosty (Darla) and Jacquelyn Callaway. He is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
