It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Laurie Atkins Jr. of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, who passed away on July 19, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Atkins and Laurie Atkins; and his sister Patty Atkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Ashley Atkins O'Neill (Josh) and Tiffany Atkins La Touche (Stefon); his fiancé Starr Orsen; his grandchildren, Trinity Hecksher, Jerome Reese Jr., Jacobi Maldonado, Hayden O'Neill, Axel LaTouche, Gabriel LaTouche and Hazel O'Neill; and his sisters, Gina Atkins O'Connor and Joyce Atkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
