She was predeceased by: her spouse H. Thomas Black; her parents, Berlin Hunt and Lula Fletcher Hunt; and her brothers, Harold and Herman Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Black (Mike), Amy Cross (John) and Allen Black (DeLisa) of Staffordsville, KY.; her grandchildren, Austin Black (Amanda) of Lexington, KY, Whitney Hawkins Rogier (Adam) of Cincinnati, OH, Ethan Van Dine (Christina) of Spring City, PA, Jacob Hawkins (Rebecca), Dalton Black (Alyssa) of Morehead, KY, Page Cross of Greenville, SC and John Carter Cross of Bluffton, SC.; her great grandchild Molly Black of Lexington; and her siblings-in-law, Joe Black (Kaye) and Ernestine "Boots" Hunt of Kimper.
