It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Scacchi of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, who passed away on January 13, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Elizabeth may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Terrol Polston; her husband Dino Scacchi; her sons, Thomas Scacchi (Marlee) and Tony Scacchi; her siblings, Jimmy Polston and Patricia Semken; her grandchild Rhilee Scacchi; and her mother-in-law Anna Scacchi.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Vaigneur Funeral Home (6802 Tillman Rd, Ridgeland, SC 29936). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
