She is survived by: her husband Vito; her sons, Frank of Polk City, FL, John (Lisa) of New York, NY and Joseph (Omei) of West Islip, NY.; her grandchildren, Frankie (Amanda), Cristina, Eric, Mark, Daniel, Kelly, Bryan and Shelby; and her great grandchildren, Annie, Chloe, Emilio, Olivia and Scarlett.

In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital or Shriners Children's Hospital.
