He was predeceased by: his parents, Eileen Marie Dunn Urbain and John Thomas Urbain; and his brother John Thomas Urbain, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Christianne Roush Urbain; his sons, Aaron Marc Urbain (Jill Masten) of Sandy Hook, CT. and Brian Keith Urbain of Seattle, WA.; his siblings, Robert Kenmar Urbain of Chicago, IL and Dr. Cathleen Marie Urbain of Minneapolis, MN.; and his caregivers, Ellen, Suzi, Pat and Showanna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
