He is survived by: his wife Patterson Cadle Points; his children, Don Allyn Points, Jr. of Sartell, MN, Susan Palmer Cox (Robert A. Cox, Jr.) of Charlotte, NC and James Matthew Points of Indio, CA; his grandchildren, Robert Aubrey Cox III, Jackson Palmer Cox and Lily Patterson Cox of Charlotte, NC.; and his siblings, James F. Points (Patricia R. Points) of Huntsville, AL, Dale M. Points (AL Points) of Olathe, KS and Jennifer P. Higgins (Tom Higgins) of Berthoud, CO.
Due to the Pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
