It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles MacHata (Hilton Head Island, South Carolina), born in Bronx, New York, who passed away on July 24, 2021, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Steve Machata and Rose Machata; his wife Catherine Serra; his son Christopher; his daughter-in-law Nora of Berlin, CT; his sister Margaret Orofino of Saratoga Springs, NY; his grandchildren, Grace and Alex; and his brother Joseph.
