It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl J. Eckerle of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, who passed away on May 22, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Eckerle and Matilda Eckerle. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Kim Montague of Canmore; his grandchildren, Astrid and Anton; his daughter Janice Moran; his great grandchild Conlan; and also, Patrick of Centennial, Andrew and Connor.
