He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Kristina Heise (Trey Weems), Germany and Alexandra Carlyle (Phillip) of St. Simons Island, GA.; his grandchildren, Grace and Maxwell Carlyle; his brothers, Ron (Doris) and Earl Heise (Sharon); and his nephews, Jon, David Heise, Nelson and Robert H. Heise.
