He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Riggs and Marie Riggs; and his sister Kay Coffey. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Michael (Darline) of Greenville, SC and Deana of Greenville, SC; and his brother David (Wendy) of Canton, NC.. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
