She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Willard Ethridge, Sr. and Cora Lee Fellows Ethridge; her husband Jim Childers; her son Mickey O'Neal; and her siblings, Ben Ethridge and Vicki Flynn.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald O'Neal, Becky Holton (Russell) and Sandy Jones; her sisters, Gerry Watts and Sara Mayson; and her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Ethridge and Jimmy Flynn.
