He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Helen, Jesse Toney and Col. Paul. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Eugene Toney of Bluffton, SC and Pamela Sue Hanley Toney; his sister Allison Toney of Richmond, VA; his fiancée Amy Williamson; and his fiancée's child Tylee of Jacksonville, FL..
