We are sad to announce that on September 13, 2024, at the age of 76, Lynda Beth McCorkle of Hickory Grove, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Presson and Bette Presson of Charlotte; her brother Douglas Presson; her former husband Michael McCorkle; her forever love John Hefner; her son Zachary McCorkle; her niece Melissa Sifford; and her nephew Hunter Howell.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca McCorkle of Hickory Grove, SC, Matt Hefner (Nikki) of Mineral Springs and Chris Hefner (Kelly) of Rock Hill; her sisters, Pamela Presson of Charlotte and Wanda Presson (Julian Burns) of Mint Hill; her grandchildren, Brooke Richardson (Wyatt) of Leland, NC, Jayden, Caleb, Triniti, Gracey, Deacon, Cameron, Chloe, Jack, Jonah and Jacob; her great grandchildren, Wyatt Jr. and Logan; and her niece Rikki Sifford Howell (Eric).
