He was predeceased by: his father Harry Eugene Freeman. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Adams Freeman of Charlotte, NC; his children, Kristal Freeman Gay (Brandon) of Bushnell, FL and Steven Tomas Freeman (Jessica) of Blacksburg, SC; the parent of his children Katrin Freeman; his sister Selena Freeman Lockhart (Joseph) of Durham, NC; his grandchildren, Braedon Gay, Jazlynn Freeman, Sutton Freeman and Freeman; and his great grandchild Ashton Gay.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Pleasant Hill Cemetery Association, 16330 Capps Rd., Charlotte, NC 28278.
