She is survived by: her husband Franklin "Jim" Kinley; her children, Dawn Gilbert (Derek Swink), Kenneth Lowe (Stacia) and Cynthia Lowe; her grandchildren, Tabitha Gilbert, Sabrina Gilbert, Victoria Koonce (Hailey Lowe) and Harley Lowe; and her siblings, Danny Lawless and Judy Lawless. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
