White of Manning, SC; her goddaughter Margie Grayson of Kingstree, SC; her siblings-in-law, Jessie Sumpter of North Carolina, Luther Sumpter of Orangeburg, SC, Waymon Sumpter of Hemingway, SC and Flora Sumpter of Lake City, SC; her grandchildren, Shana T. White, Vakita P. Basden (William), Rashawd White, Kimberly Pearson, Wyinya Pearson and Tianna T. James; her great grandchildren, William Basden, II, Pearson Basden and Kingston Rankins; and her aunts, Louise B. Weaver, Queen E. Shaw, Ann E. Rose, Madeline Grayson, Johnnie Mae Bougers and Anna Jane Burgess. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM, on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Viewing was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Paul AME Church (4860 Cade Rd, Cades, SC 29518). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul AME Church (4860 Cade Rd, Cades, SC 29518).
