He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Milford and Mary J. Musick Lewis; and his brother Tommy Lewis. He is survived by: his fiancée Wanda Hughes; his brothers, Michael Lewis (Marilyn Diane), Nickey Lewis (Patsy) and Terry Lewis (Sharon); and his sister-in-law Patsy G. Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
