With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Fenters Joye of Hemingway, South Carolina, born in Georgetown, South Carolina, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Thomas Fenters, Sr. and Bertha Bon Fenters. She is survived by: her daughters, Cynthia "Pug" Poston and Deborah "Debby" Hanna; and her grandchildren, Shawn Hanna (Jocelyn) and Joye Hanna Avant (Woody). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren, 2 step great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
