She was predeceased by: her father J. T. Thomas; her daughter Rhonda Jackson; and her sister Faye Dean. She is survived by: her mother Ethel Hancock Barrett of Virginia; her husband Harold Mitchell "Mike" Stein; her daughters, Angela Morgan and Crystal Allison; and her siblings, James Thomas, Benjamin Thomas, Roger Thomas, Nadine Revel, Maude Gainey and Sarah Walton. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
Burial will follow in the Salem Cemetery Heath Springs, S.C.
