With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruby P. Phillips of Heath Springs, South Carolina, who passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Amos Presnell and Cora Miller Presnell; her husband Arthur C. Phillips; and her siblings, Violet Edwards, Ida Elizabeth "Betty" Barnett, Lydia Edwards, Yvonne Pusz, Bertha Peterson, Edd Gay Presnell, Frank Clinton Presnell, Edward Howard Presnell and Hyder Presnell.
She is survived by: her son Roger Duane Phillips of Heath Springs, S. C..
