He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Rape, Jr. and Ruby Laney Rape; and his brothers, Ted Rape and Ronald Clifford Rape. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Rape; his daughters, Leah Ruis, Sonya Muller (Andy) and Andrea Moss (Larry); his grandchildren, Cydnee Ruis (Jay Savoy), Chipper Hayes, Sofia Muller, Giuliana Muller, Branden Moss, Ashley Revell (Denny), Logan Moss (Sarah) and Ethan Moss; his great grandchildren, Lilly Revell and Denny Revell; and his siblings, Roger Rape (Nancy), Mike Rape (Diane), Judy Funderburk and Diane Jordan (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the High Point Baptist Church (1888 Rocky River Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at the High Point Baptist Church Cemetery (1888 Rocky River Rd, Lancaster, SC 29720).
