He is survived by: his children, Billy Starnes of Heath Springs, Doug Starnes (Terressa) of Heath Springs, Joseph Starnes of Heath Springs and Marilyn Michau of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Brandon Michau, Stephanie Ghent and Alicia Starnes. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
