He is survived by: his wife Barbara Sue Catoe Holden; and his children, Sherry Holden Branham (Sidney) of Summerville, S. C., Elaine Herndon (Marshall) of Hartsville, S. C., Sally Faulkenberry of Kershaw, S. C. and Tony Holden (Delores) of Kershaw, S. C.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
