Fowler (Ike) of Camden, SC; his mother-in-law Loree P. Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Maria Blackmon (Lamar), Ann Stinson (Myron), Marcilyn Johnson, William and Harry Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Johnson Bracey.
