He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lamar Whisennant and Frances Laureen Wade Whisennant. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hinson Whisennant of Heath Springs; his children, Scott Faulkenberry (Dawn) of Heath Springs, William "Willie" Whisennant of Great Falls, Kim Kennington (Brock) of Heath Springs, Angie King of Lancaster and Jessica Whisennant of Great Falls; his siblings, Ricky Whisennant of Great Falls and Wanda W. Evans (Jay) of Chapin, SC; and his grandchildren, Rocky, Austin, Wyatt and Isabel.
The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Thursday, October 3, 2024, at Lancaster Funeral Home and other times at the home of Lamar and Donna .Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or to the Shriners Children's Hospital, 950 West Faris Road, Greenville, SC 29609.Lancaster Funeral Home & Cremation Service is serving the family of Mr. Whisennant.
