She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy O'Dell and Evelyn Barker O'Dell; and her brother Donald O'Dell. She is survived by: her husband Ted Sowell; her sons, Ricky Haire of Gastonia, NC and Alan Haire of Belmont, NC; her stepchildren, Bruce Sowell (Pam) of Lancaster and Catherine Wallace of Heath Springs; her sister Jeannie Farrell of Gastonia, NC; her grandson Julian; and her daughter Darlene Dixon of Kershaw.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salem Cemetery (4894 Kershaw Camden Hwy, Heath Springs, SC 29058).
