We are sad to announce that on August 3, 2020, at the age of 77, John Clyde Carnes of Heath Springs, South Carolina, born in Fort Sill, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Charlotte; his parents, Clyde J. Carnes and Syble Carnes; his sons, Clark Carnes and Jeffrey Carnes (Laura Humphrey Carnes); his grandchildren, Sawyer Carnes, Cadence Carnes and Kemp; his aunts, Eloise Cunningham and Doris Wilson; and his uncle H. N. "Cob" Knight.
The Family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday Evening August 6, 2020 at Jerry Hartley Funeral Home, 684 Hubbard Drive 803-285-8000 Lancaster, S.C. and suggest memorial Contributions to Bethlehem Baptist, Church Building Fund.
