With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hattie Jones (Heath Springs, South Carolina), born in Liberty Hill, South Carolina, who passed away on January 28, 2021 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Brevard and Nannie Belle Patterson Brevard; her son Vincent Jones; and her sisters, Ruby Jean Coleman and Carolyn Brevard.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Jones, Jr.; her children, Melissa Horton (Douglas) and Stacy Jones (Nicole); and her siblings, Cleveland Brevard, Grace Patton, Beatrice Alexander of Heath Springs, SC, Ernest Brevard and Gaynelle Brace of Lancaster, SC. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
