It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ernestine Starnes (Heath Springs, South Carolina), born in Lancaster, South Carolina, who passed away on May 10, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Bailey and Bessie Mae Baskins Bailey; her son Michael Lynn Starnes; and her siblings, Harold "Peanut" Bailey, Jr., Mildred Hagins and Chris Hinson.
She is survived by: her husband Ernest M. Starnes; her siblings, Mike Bailey (Beverly), Catherine Starnes (Jim), Mae Bailey, Brenda Sue Settlemyre and JoAnn Deese; her brother-in-law Alan Hinson; and also, Pastor Ken Pruitt (Terry), Sarah Joy, Bethany and Nichole. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
