He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Douglas; his daughter Amber Suzanne Douglas (Katelyn); his grandchildren, Ivan Plyler, Levi Plyler, Aspen Plyler, Oakley Plyler, Luna Douglas, Douglas and Ashley Victoria Martin; and his great grandchildren, Juelz Martin, Donovan Martin, Jr., Sage Martin and Gianna Martin.
