It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Windy A. Starling (Hartsville, South Carolina), who passed away on January 11, 2022, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Wiley G. "Gill" Starling; her brother Wiley Paul Starling; and her stepfather Daniel Harrison. She is survived by: her mother Annie Gainey Starling Harrison; her brothers, Rodney Starling and Chad Starling; her aunts, Irene Player and Frances Rivers; and her nieces and nephews, Kylie Bonds, Cheyenne Hassell, Adam Starling, Zach Starling, Hart Starling, Kohen Starling, Tyson Starling, John Luca Hassell and Doug Hassell.
