She is survived by: her husband John Hoffman of Hartsville, SC; her son Gary D'Andrea (Karen) of Blythewood, SC; her grandsons, Christopher D'Andrea (Jennifer) of Severn, MD, Daniel Todd (Sandy) of Highbridge, NJ and Jonathan Todd (Brooke) of Edison, NJ; her great grandchildren, Ryan D'Andrea, Edison Todd, Riley Todd and Caroline Todd; her stepdaughter Dana Rogers of Ocala, FL; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Hoffman and Maureen Schmidt (Fred).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
